Recent Garland County Bookings

ARCH Excludes Many Arrests
Arkansas Criminal History, or ARCH, is a statewide name-based search. It returns Arkansas felony and misdemeanor convictions, open Arkansas felony arrests less than three years old, and sex-offender registration status. It excludes unresolved misdemeanor arrests, felony arrests older than three years, dismissed charges, active warrants, sealed records, juvenile records, federal records, out-of-state records, and arrests without fingerprints.
That makes ARCH a useful statewide snapshot, but a weak place to start for a same-week Garland County booking or a misdemeanor-only arrest. CourtConnect and the detention roster should be checked before assuming ARCH has the full story.
Arrests Are Not Convictions
An arrest record and a conviction record are built by different offices and prove different things. A booking shows custody or enforcement action. A conviction comes only from a court disposition. Many arrests lead to reduced charges, dismissals, no filed case, or acquittal.

The county NextRequest FAQ gives a concrete access boundary: Garland County body and vehicle camera usage began in April 2023. The same FAQ says qualifying law-enforcement audio or video over the stated threshold is charged at $20 per hour of running time paid in advance. That makes date and record type important before asking for old video tied to an arrest.
