Our role is to point readers toward offices and systems that may hold Garland County criminal records, including the Circuit Clerk, District Court, Sheriff's Department, Detention Center, Hot Springs Police Records, Search ARCourts / CourtConnect, Arkansas State Police / ACIC, ARCH, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry / Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System. We may also link to third-party tools that can help with research.

This applies with special force to Arkansas Sex Offender Registry / Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System data. Registry information exists for public safety awareness, not for unlawful retaliation, vigilante action, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:
- Decide whether to hire or fire someone
- Screen potential renters or housing applicants
- Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
- Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
- Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules
